1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the player (referred to here as "you") who uses the mb39 platform (https://mb39.run) and the platform operator ("mb39", "we"). From the moment you register an account or use any of our services, you are considered to have read and accepted all terms in this agreement.

If you continue using our services without reading and understanding this agreement, the platform will treat that as acceptance of these terms. We strongly encourage you to read this document carefully before you play. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

If there are any discrepancies between translations of this page, the original version shall prevail. mb39 reserves the right to amend this agreement unilaterally, and any changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.

2 Account Registration and Age Restrictions

2.1 Age Requirement

mb39 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing and playing. Players are responsible for providing their correct age when registering an account. If it is found that an account was opened with a false age, that account will be closed and mb39 will determine how any funds in the account are handled.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each player may open only one account at mb39. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to manipulate the system is not allowed. If such violations are found, all related accounts will be closed and bonus funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

Players are responsible for providing their correct name, contact details, and payment information. mb39 may reject withdrawal requests from accounts that were opened with incorrect information, and services may be suspended until the information is corrected.

2.4 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username/password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. If there is any suspicious access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately. mb39 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's own failure to keep their account secure.

Please note — No one will ever ask for your password on behalf of mb39. If someone claims to be a staff member and asks for your password, it is a scam.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

3.1 Deposit Terms

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Ks. After depositing, funds will normally appear in your account instantly. Please understand that delays may occur due to temporary issues on the payment provider's side.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. mb39 carries out player identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals and will only send funds to a payment account linked to the player — transfers to third-party accounts will not be made.

3.3 Financial Restrictions

  • Players must be able to prove that they have legitimate access to and ownership of their payment method.
  • Deposits using funds from a third party are not permitted.
  • If any fraudulent financial activity is detected, withdrawals will be suspended and an investigation will be conducted.
  • mb39 can distinguish between bonus funds and personal funds. Bonus-derived winnings may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

mb39 offers first-time depositing players a bonus of 100% of their deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To receive this bonus, the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount must be wagered — this is known as the wagering requirement.

The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
  • Deposit 620,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total balance 920,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

Bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. Once completed, the bonus balance will be converted to a regular withdrawable balance.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • The eligible games and contribution rates may differ for each bonus — players are encouraged to read the terms of each individual bonus offer.
  • Players have the right to choose whether or not to claim a bonus. Once a bonus has been requested, it will be calculated and applied immediately after a deposit is made.
  • Players identified as engaging in bonus abuse (for example, playing in a way that minimises losses while exploiting bonuses exclusively) may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts restricted.

4.3 VIP Cashback

mb39 has 3 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up tiers based on their play volume and regular activity.

  • Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback will be credited in bonus form and must meet the wagering requirements stated in the relevant terms.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games offered at mb39 are based on fair play. The game software uses a Random Number Generator (RNG), so no game outcome can be predicted or manipulated in advance.

5.2 Football Sportsbook

You can bet on EPL, MNL, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and other competitions. You agree that odds may change before a match begins. Winnings will be paid out after the match and settlement have been completed.

5.3 Live Casino Games

You can play Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and other games in the mb39 Casino section. Games are played in real time with a live dealer. mb39 is not responsible for losses caused by poor internet connection on your end.

5.4 Game Disconnection Handling

If a game is interrupted during play due to a technical error, mb39 will refer to the game provider's records to make a decision for the player. The decision is final. Players can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat to check how the matter was handled.

6 Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in any of the following at any time —

  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Creating and holding multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses
  • Using hacking tools, bot software, exploit scripts, or any software that manipulates the game system
  • Pre-arranging match results or manipulating how games operate
  • Abusing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward our staff
  • Accepting funds from third parties to place bets on their behalf (staking for others)
Note — If any of the above violations are found, mb39 may take action without prior warning and may pursue legal action.

7 Account Suspension and Restrictions

7.1 When mb39 May Suspend an Account

If mb39 finds that a player has breached the terms of this agreement, the player's account may be —

  • Temporarily restricted while under investigation
  • Permanently closed
  • Have bonuses forfeited
  • Have the existing balance withdrawn with valid justification

7.2 Self-Exclusion by the Player

8 Personal Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

mb39 is not responsible for —

  • Losses caused by the player's own actions (e.g. sharing their password or providing incorrect bank account details)
  • Issues arising from problems with the player's computer, phone, or internet connection
  • Service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks)
  • Financial losses resulting from the player's own betting decisions

mb39's liability limit for each individual player will be calculated in accordance with applicable law.

10 Changes to Terms

mb39 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Major changes will be reflected on this page, and the last revised date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Players are advised to revisit this page at regular intervals (generally once a month).
